Ordering flowers for a funeral can feel like one more hard task in an already hard week, so we kept the steps simple.
Start by choosing a type of arrangement from the menu above, such as a standing spray, a wreath or a plant for the family’s home.
If you are not sure which one fits, our guides to casket sprays, urn arrangements and sympathy flowers for the home explain who usually sends each one.
Open any arrangement to see a photo, a description and the price, then add it to your cart.
At checkout, you pick a delivery date from the list of available days.
Type the name of the funeral home or church in the Institution field, along with its street address, so the florist knows exactly where to go.
If the service has a set start time, mention it in the special delivery instructions box.
Then write a short card message and include who the flowers are from, because the family will want to know.
A local florist near the funeral home designs your arrangement and delivers it by hand, anywhere in the United States or Canada.
Who makes and delivers the flowers?
Every arrangement is designed and delivered by a local florist in the recipient’s area.
Orders on this site are placed through Florist One, our flower delivery partner, and we earn a commission when you order.
Can you deliver to a funeral home or church?
Yes, and it helps to enter the funeral home or church name in the Institution field at checkout.
If you are not sure of the address, the obituary or the funeral home’s website usually lists it.
Which days are deliveries made?
Delivery is available Monday through Saturday, and Sunday delivery is not offered.
The cut-off time for same day delivery is listed under Customer Service in the menu above.
What should I write on the card?
A short, sincere line is enough, such as “With love and sympathy, the Garcia family.”
Card messages can be up to 200 characters, so there is room to say a little more if you want to.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Open Customer Service in the menu above for the phone number, the text line and the satisfaction policy.
Please reach out within 3 days of delivery, since flowers are perishable and the florist needs to see the problem while it can still be fixed.
